Refund policy

At Love Thy Self, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personal care products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
